Article 1 — Legal Identity

We are Centre Jannat Ltd, a legally constituted corporate entity established in accordance with the applicable laws of its place of incorporation. We operate and manage the digital platform known as Maison Jannat, which serves as the official online interface for presenting our services, managing bookings, and processing payments.

Article 2 — Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform without exception, whether they are one-time clients or recurring subscribers. Any access to, use of, or payment made through the platform constitutes full, express, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 — Definition of Client and Subscriber

A "Client" refers to any natural or legal person who books a service or completes a payment via the Maison Jannat platform. A "Subscriber" refers to a Client who has enrolled in a recurring payment plan and remains subject to all Client obligations in addition to subscription-specific commitments.

Article 4 — Legal Nature of Services

The services provided by us are exclusively personal guidance, symbolic interpretation, and advisory services. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, financial, therapeutic, or regulated professional services of any kind.

Article 5 — Absence of Guarantees

We provide no express or implied guarantee regarding specific outcomes, future events, or measurable results. The Client acknowledges that all interpretations and analyses are subjective in nature and do not constitute an obligation of result.

Article 6 — Legal Capacity

The Client confirms that they have reached the legal age of majority and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We reserve the right to request proof of identity or refuse service where legal capacity is in doubt.

Article 7 — Contractual Acceptance

Completion of payment via Stripe constitutes a legally binding electronic signature. The Client may not subsequently claim lack of awareness or misunderstanding of these Terms.

Article 8 — Pricing Transparency

All prices are clearly displayed prior to payment confirmation. No hidden or undisclosed fees will be applied after booking confirmation.

Article 9 — Future Price Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing structures or service packages at any time in accordance with our commercial policy. Such modifications shall not have retroactive effect on previously confirmed bookings or subscriptions.

Article 10 — Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively via Stripe in compliance with international security standards. We do not directly store, access, or process cardholder data on our own systems.

Article 11 — Transaction Security

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant security protocols. We shall not be held liable for technical failures attributable to the payment processor beyond our control.

Article 12 — Service Performance

Services are performed remotely at the scheduled date and time agreed upon during booking. Our contractual obligation is fulfilled upon provision or availability of the scheduled session.

Article 13 — Delay or Absence

If the Client fails to attend or is significantly late without appropriate notice, the session shall be considered delivered. No refund or rescheduling obligation shall arise in such circumstances.

Article 14 — Monthly Subscription

By selecting a subscription plan, the Subscriber authorizes automatic monthly billing. The subscription remains active until properly canceled in accordance with the established procedure.

Article 15 — Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same billing date each month.

Article 33 — Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to private arbitration in accordance with applicable rules at the company's registered jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Article 34 — No Class Actions

The Client agrees that disputes shall be handled individually. Class actions, collective claims, or representative proceedings are expressly excluded.

Article 35 — Non-Defamation Clause

The Client shall refrain from publishing false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding Centre Jannat Ltd. Intentional reputational harm may result in legal action.

Article 36 — Public Reviews

Clients may share honest opinions based on actual experience. However, fabricated statements or misrepresentations are strictly prohibited.

Article 37 — Contractual Damages for Abusive Disputes

If a chargeback is proven abusive or fraudulent, we reserve the right to seek compensation for direct financial damages incurred. This may include payment processing fees, administrative costs, and documented losses.

Article 38 — Enhanced Identity Verification

We may request additional identity verification documents in cases of reasonable suspicion. Failure to comply may result in suspension of services.

Article 39 — Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in suspicious or non-compliant behavior. No refund shall be owed for services already delivered or subscription periods commenced.

Article 40 — Unlawful Use

Use of our services for illegal or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited. The Client assumes full responsibility for any misuse.

Article 41 — Extended Limitation of Liability

We disclaim liability for lost profits, reputational damage, emotional distress, or indirect consequences. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid.

Article 42 — Extended Force Majeure

Where performance is prevented by global technical disruptions, payment network outages, or unforeseeable systemic failures, obligations shall be suspended without liability. Services may be rescheduled where feasible.

Article 43 — Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding. An enforceable provision shall replace the invalid one as closely as possible.

Article 44 — Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Centre Jannat Ltd and the Client. No oral representations or external communications shall override this document.

Article 45 — Enhanced Final Consent

The Client confirms having read all provisions carefully and understood their legal and financial implications. The Client accepts these Terms freely, knowingly, and without undue influence.
